Our self-developed RPD2208E8 over/under voltage protection chip and RUA1v8F48GX01 timer chip have achieved mass production and been officially launched on the market. The products are widely applicable to various application scenarios such as civil power distribution, industrial automation, and smart homes.

The self-developed chip successfully completed its first tape-out. The team conducted physical circuit debugging, multiple rounds of electrical testing and high and low temperature reliability verification on the tape-out wafer, continuously optimized key device parameters, output performance and operational stability, and completed the engineering sample finalization, thus paving the way for mass production in 2026.

The year after its establishment, with the core team assembled, all members dedicated themselves to early-stage chip R&D, undertaking tasks such as solution architecture design, circuit simulation, and parameter pre-tuning. Combining the real-world application needs of 220V civilian power supply and industrial automation control in China, they finalized the overall architecture of two core power protection chips, iterating repeatedly on the design framework and preset performance indicators, completing all pre-tape-out technical preparations, and laying a solid R&D foundation for subsequent chip fabrication and verification.

In May 2023, Ruixin Hengyuan Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. was officially established. Based in the semiconductor industry, the company has established two core R&D directions: circuit protection and intelligent timing control. It has assembled a professional team to provide highly reliable chip products and supporting technical solutions for fields such as low-voltage power distribution, smart homes, and industrial automation.
