low-speed electric vehicles

概述

Two-wheeled, three-wheeled, and four-wheeled low-speed electric vehicles are widely used for urban and rural commuting, food delivery, and factory freight. The charging and discharging circuits of onboard lithium batteries pose a risk of AC/DC leakage, and starting and stopping the vehicle can easily cause voltage fluctuations. Meanwhile, the demand for intelligent features such as scheduled charging and timed power-off is continuously increasing, and outdoor high/low temperature and bumpy operating conditions place stringent requirements on circuit protection performance.

Rynova provides self-developed Type B leakage protection chips, self-resetting over/under voltage protection chips, and multi-functional timing control ICs. These can monitor the AC/DC residual current in the battery circuit in real time, identify abnormal voltages in the power grid/vehicle power supply, and realize timed charging and power-off control of the vehicle. Their industrial-grade wide-temperature characteristics are suitable for complex onboard operating environments, comprehensively improving the overall vehicle electronic control safety level.

设计要求

Supports AC/DC leakage current detection, meeting the safety protection requirements for charging and discharging of automotive lithium batteries. Wide voltage sampling monitoring resists drastic voltage fluctuations caused by vehicle start-stop operation. Multi-channel timing logic control enables scheduled charging and timed power-off functions. Industrial-grade wide temperature design ensures stable operation both in vehicles and outdoors from -40℃ to 105℃.
